Pakistan industrial sector is growing rapidly and it’s putting definite impact on Pakistan’s economy. Different textile’s industry units are working in and around big industrial cities of Pakistan as Faisalabad, Karachi and Gujranwala with all the benefits and facilities. These industrial units have all the product’s finishing facilities as dyeing, bleaching, calendaring, printing and mercerising. According to the stats, cloth production increased from 1,020 million square meters in 2010-2011 to 1,037 in 2014-2015.

The statistics shows the annual 0.54 percent per year annual increment. The total cloth production measured from 2014-2015 in mill sector, produced 50 percent cloth in grey form, dyed and printed percentage is 34 and the percentage of blended and bleached is 16.

In order to increase the textile industry production Pakistan’s government seems quite serious and different serious measures are taken to maintain the balance which is totally dependent on raw cotton since years.

Government is on board to take strict actions in order to increase domestic production of polyester fiber and its supply is clearly pre-defined as it’s not on mercy of nature like raw cotton.

Massive increase is measured in production of blended and polyester fiber and some other positive steps are taken which are quite beneficial for textile’s industry uplift.
